Day 3:

Today we took the Engine out of the CB350 frame because it was going to be needed to be done eventually, and this way we can get rid of the frame and free up some space. ALso, we started looking at the rear end of the bike and brainstorming what to do with it. The problem we have is this, the rear end of the CB350 frame is flat, and we had our seat fabricated to this specification. The rear end on the SL350 frame is bent up, thus the seat wont fit. Since there is no way to just bend it down, we are going to have to fabricate a new rear end in order to mount our seat correctly. With that in mind we starting cutting off some un needed brackets and parts on the bike, and grinding some things down to get the gas tank fitted properly. Once we got the gas tank where we needed it to be we called it a day to head home and enjoy our weekends.
