Week 13:

Christmas in january, The Cam and rocker came in from Barbra at Mega cycle

Here are the re-surfaced rockers. they were a mess before we sent them to Barbra

Nice Bump stick!

Ok this is something D did not want to do. The hub from the XS had different offsets for the rotors. we had to machine down the hub on both sides to make the spacers fit so the new 9988 rotors and calipers didn't hit the spokes and or forks. D says this is what you get for changing your design ideas in the middle of the project. Oh well if it works it is going to be awesome!

You can see in D's face as he sets this up he in real nervous!

The point of no return. more on this later

Yet another thing D was not sure he wanted to do . D says taping cast aluminum is a crap shoot as to weather it will break or not.

Nice look D. Nervous?

Buff Harsh donated a front fender to us. Here we are test fitting it. Thanks Buff!

Buff harsh also donated the labor to port our head and he also did a valve job and installed titanium valve retainers and h/d springs. Thanks yet again Buff & Todd Henning Racing

Here is a shot of our head with our billet intake manifolds we made and the beginning of our exhaust, yea they are billet too! and we made them.

Thanks to Kevin at ttr400 here is a shot of our custom triples that kevin made for us

Well here is a shot of the TTR400 rear sets

More of the triple from TTR400

You are going to have to take our word for it, but the wheel fits perfect and check out the cool brackets that we made for the calipers.

Another shot of the front brake system and the custom caliper hangers. Nice design work Mike

D on the bike again... but lacking the crazy Hawaiian shirt :(
